letter-spacing: 0px;\"> la capacidad de resiliencia es fundamental.<\/b><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\"> Cuando en 1991 abri\u00f3 la planta de valorizaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de Tarragona, la recogida selectiva era anecd\u00f3tica y todos los residuos se trataban del mismo modo (que, hasta el momento, consist\u00eda al disponerlos en vertederos!).<\/span><\/p><p>Por suerte, los cambios tecnol\u00f3gicos y la conciencia ambiental de la ciudadan\u00eda han hecho que <b>cada vez se reciban un residuos m\u00e1s homog\u00e9neos y m\u00e1s secos,<\/b> porque est\u00e1n desaparecen las fracciones impropias, que se separan y valorizan por otras v\u00edas. <b>Los residuos de la fracci\u00f3n resta ahora tienen mucho m\u00e1s poder calor\u00edfico inferior y el proceso de combusti\u00f3n genera m\u00e1s energ\u00eda.<\/b><\/p><p><b>De este modo, porque se aproveche mejor, nosotros tambi\u00e9n tenemos que transformarnos!<\/b> El Plan Estrat\u00e9gico vigente contempla una serie de grandes mejoras tecnol\u00f3gicas que est\u00e1n en marcha:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43f6d0e esteticaLista elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"43f6d0e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Aumentar la capacidad de valorizaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de la planta hasta las 160.000 toneladas\/a\u00f1o (capacidad autorizada por la\u00a0AAI)\u00a0de residuos y mejorar la calidad y la eficiencia.<\/li><li>El objetivo marcado establece que las dos l\u00edneas de valorizaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica tengan una capacidad de 10 toneladas\/hora cada una, para un residuo con un\u00a0PCI\u00a0de 11.765 KJ\/kg, una carga t\u00e9rmica de 32,7\u00a0MW\u00a0por l\u00ednea, y con una disponibilidad estimada de 8.000 horas\/a\u00f1o.<\/li><li>Esta renovaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 actualizar y modernizar la planta, y hacer que la actividad sea m\u00e1s eficiente y se reduzca el impacto ambiental.<\/li><li>Actualmente, la MANCOMUNITAT dispone de una finca mucho m\u00e1s grande.\u00a0Esto permite redise\u00f1ar el per\u00edmetro de la planta y mejorar la disposici\u00f3n de los equipos en todo el per\u00edmetro de la parcela.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05b4804
